Revelation 17:13-14 “These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast. These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them“

In the section above “One hour”, we read in Rev 17:12 that the kingdoms of earth will reign for a period of a time, after which the beast will rise again, and the kingdoms will stand together and give their power (or submit) to the beast, to make war against the One (the Lamb).

We saw in the section above, “The woman and the beast” how the Roman empire split, and how Europe came into existance. The Byzantine empire (eastern Rome) ruled for about a thousand years until 1453/1500 AD. And then we saw another beast rise.. where America is considered to have been “discovered” by Europeans in 1492. In 1776, American independence was formally declared from Europe, a beginning of a new era. Today we can truly see America as being the largest and most dominant empires to ever exist. Next year, 2026 America will celebrate their 250 years of rule and independence – which might seem like a “little season”, a short time – but, in this period much have happened, and their is clearly a race going on to prepare for a big war coming. Here are just a few random things that happened since 1500 AD, and in the last 250 years:

• 1517 – Protestant Reformation generally is recognized to have begun in 1517, with Martin Luther (1483–1546) declaring YHWH’s Laws are not valid anymore, and also changing the layout of the Bible Canon (see our post from Jude about Martin Luther and the book of Jude for example.)
• 1526 – William Tyndale started the first published New Testament from Greek/Hebrew, and translated much of the Old Testament before his execution in 1536. He was executed for heresy, primarily for translating the Bible into English, which challenged the Catholic Church’s authority.
• 1534 – The Jesuit order (called the “Society of Jesus”) established, starting massacres and killings between Catholics and Protestants for years to come.
• 1538 – Henry VIII first ordered clergy to keep parish registers of baptisms, marriages, and burials in every church, which grew over the years as part of the (Church of England) canon law and statutory acts. Fees were added, enforcing people to register, and then by 1698 tax were also added to birth and marriage registrations.
• 1541 – Suleiman seals the East Gate of Jerusalem (see our post from Ezekiel 43’s prophecy and about the “East gate shut”)
• 1560 – the first complete English Bible, the Geneva Bible was translated directly from Hebrew/Greek, making scripture more accessible for personal reading. This angered figures like King James I who saw the commentaries and explanations that were added to the bible, more as politically motivated, and thus commissioned the KJV to replace it.
• 1562 – Council of Trent, those who observed the Sabbath were targeted by the Church, and faced various forms of persecution, including imprisonment
• 1582 – Pope Gregory XIII (reigned 1572-1585) famously introduced the Gregorian calendar, replacing the Roman Julian calendar which was introduced by Julius Caesar in 46 BC.
• 1694 – Voltaire, seen as the leading figure of the “Age of Enlightenment“, started the movement for freedom of rights, arguing against “God’s laws” and promoting Liberty.
• 1717 – Freemasons official opening in London.
• 1750 – Industrial Revolution begins – major technological, socioeconomic, and cultural changes.
• 1776 – Bavarian Illuminati Formed by a law professor, and became part of the Freemasons in 1779.  Also the year of Ameria’s “independence“.
• 1800’s – Napoleon Bonaparte, a French military genius and statesman who rose from the French Revolution to become Emperor, reshaped how France and Europe operates through war, law, and empire-building.
• 1815 – The volcanic eruption of Mount Tambora, was so massive it ejected huge amounts of ash and sulfur into the atmosphere, causing global cooling and leading to 1816 being known as the “Year Without a Summer,” with crop failures, freezing weather (snow in June/July), and widespread famine, particularly in the Northern Hemisphere, affecting Europe, North America, and China.
• 1833 – The major meteor shower of 1833 was the incredible Leonid meteor storm on the night of November 12-13, 1833, especially in North America, where it was so intense it looked like “stars fell like rain,” with estimates of hundreds of thousands of meteors per hour, causing widespread awe and fear.
• 1914 – World War I- dismantling of old empires, redrawing of global maps, and sowing seeds for future conflicts like WWII, fundamentally shifting the world order from European dominance, ushering in new nations
• 1929 – Vatican City was established as an independent city-state, recognizing the Pope’s sovereignty.
• 1939 – World War II – the dawn of the Nuclear Age (atomic bombs), the emergence of the US and Soviet Union as superpowers, the creation of the United Nations (UN) for global governance, the beginning of the decolonization of empires, and massive shifts in technology, society (human rights awareness), and the global political order (start of the Cold War)
• 1940s: Winston Churchill and Franklin D. Roosevelt used “New World Order” to describe post-war international cooperation.
• 1945 – The United Nations (UN) was officially formed. Also the time when the first Nuclear bombs were made, used for testing and destroying some interesting sites (and islands) over the world.
• 1948 – The modern State of Israel was established as an independent, sovereign country. The proclamation was made by Zionist leader David Ben-Gurion in Tel Aviv, in accordance with the United Nations Partition Plan, which called for the creation of separate Arab and Jewish states.
• 1948 – The World Health Organization (WHO) was established and its Constitution came into force, as the first specialized agency of the United Nations.
• 1956 – Artificial Intelligence (AI) was officially introduced by scientists to discuss the possibility of creating machines that could think and learn.
• 1960 – Russia begins the first “rush to mars” and “space explorations“.
• 1969 – The moon landing (purpose and statement of “landing on the moon” questionable)
• 1970s – Information Age, marked by the rise of computers and the internet.
• 1986 – Chernobyl nuclear accident, the contamination spread to other parts of Europe, Asia, and even North America. Chornobyl, is identical to the Ukrainian word for the plant called wormwood, which is the same name found in Revelation 8:11, “The name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters became wormwood, and many men died from the water, because it was made bitter.”
• 1990 – Hubble Space Telescope launched, orbiting 300 miles (483 km) above Earth’s surface, avoiding the distorting effects of earths’ atmosphere.
• 2000 – Rise of the internet and digital age, explosion of the World Wide Web, transforming communication.
• 2012 – AI research saw a big turning point, demonstrated the power of deep learning, which increased interest, research, and investment across the tech industry.
• 2020 – The US’ government makes an unprecedented acknowledgment of UAPs (Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena/UFO) as a genuine national security and scientific issue, moving the topic from the fringe to formal government investigation.
• 2020 – The World Health Organization (WHO) declared the outbreak a public health emergency of international concern, called the covid pandemic.
• 2023 – AI took off in the media and business planning departments, characterized by intense commercialization.

Some of these events (and most are not even listed, which began already within the Roman empire), might seem trivial. But it is a building up and setting in place for nations to stand as one, for one big war which will be the beginning of the End for this old earth. All of these events have to do with distraction and deception, changing Laws and Times, enforcing rules on humanity and health, changing how we are suppose to see YHWH’s creation and YHWH the Creator and the Judge. The world is being “alienated” from the Creator, or at least, the world sees the Creator and His host of angels as foreign and alien.

We read in Revelation 20 that all these nations and empires will gather in the North, as Gog and Magog, to make war against the Lamb. In Revelation 12:9 we read about the devil, “the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world”. And again in Revelation 20:7-8, “Now when the thousand years have expired, Satan will be released from his prison and will go out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle, whose number is as the sand of the sea.”
