I love your Laws!

Oh, how I love your law! I meditate on it all day long

Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them

OUR OPINION: the laws and observations in the Torah is to speak to your heart with understanding.
All the laws are beautiful and have meaning – the root of them all boils down to the most important laws that Yeshua said, which are to:
– Love for God (Deuteronomy 6:5): “You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your might.”
– Love for Neighbor (Leviticus 19:18): “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”

If every person would list the laws as they found them, the lists would all differ.
DISCLAIMER – This list given here is just a guideline as we found it – but it is not without error. We don’t see all of them as laws, but rather a combination of laws,
observations, guidelines, teachings and prophecies.
We found some laws for example that is not mentioned in the jewish 613 laws and found some of the jewish 613 laws that they listed as misguiding.
For example :
– why is the 7th commandment of Adultery not listed in 613?
– why is the law of “not adding or removing from Torah” not in 613? Deuteronomy 4:2 and Deuteronomy 12:32

2AllLawsIncreaseSpiritual Fruit and ChildrenGen 1:28, Gen 9:1,7Be like a tree – Fruit of the Spirit.  Be fertile – increase in number, fill the earth.
3AllObservationNatureRule over the creaturesGen 1:28All creatures are mens’ responsibility – we should take care of animals and creatures, big & small
4AllLawsFoodClean and UncleanGen 1:29, Gen 9:3First only plants yielding seed and fruit yields seed were given as food.
Then after the flood, all moving creatures (clean only) are also given as food.  Noah knew which foods were already clean – as that is the only animals used to make an offering to YHWH in Gen 8:20.
5AllLawsSabbath7th day RestGen 2:3YHWH blessed the 7th day – it is a special day – different than any other day.  This day was the first appointed time given to man.
6AllLawsFoodTree of knowledge of good and evilGen 2:16-171st direct commandment  was to not EAT something – food related.  Interesting how this fruit could affect their soul (mind) and spirit (death or life).
7AllObservationRelationshipsLonelinessGen 2:18Everybody needs and loves good company – and so does YHWH, that we should spend time with Him also!  Although some can walk alone, some can’t, and for those who can’t, it is not good to be alone.
8AllLawsMarriageLeaving parentsGen 2:24When a man finds a wife, he should “leave” his father and mother, and cleave to his wife.
9AllLawsMarriageOne fleshGen 2:24Not just in spirit – but physically often you will see couples start to look, talk and act the same.  Off course when they have children – that is ONE of their flesh, and represents both parents as one.
10DevilProphecyCursethe devils’ curseGen 3:14-15The snake is cursed more than all, lives on its belly and eat dust,  there will be enmity between the devil and woman – her seed and his seed!  Because “her” seed is mentioned, it prophesies that she will be a virgin.  HE (The Messiah) shall crush his (the devil’s) head, the devil shall crush HIS (The Messiah’s) Heel
11WomenProphecyPregnancyBirthGen 3:16Perhaps this is why woman are so complicated emotional beings – increased sorrow?
Although this is a prophecy – not all woman experience birth pains, although in general it is known that most woman do.
12WomenProphecyMarriageDesireGen 3:16That is perhaps why woman desire to make themselves pretty and adorn themselves with things.. To attract and desire for a husband
13Men and WomenObservationMarriageLeadershipGen 3:16Husbands are the head of the home, the leaders and protectors.  Men and women will take responsibility for choices made.  Women must be careful to assume leadership, especially if it causes the downfall of the man.
14MenProphecyWorkWorking hardGen 3:17-19Making a living comes with hard work.  Work will test the heart and humility.
15AllObservationClothingClothing & AnointingGen 3:21Like a parent, YHWH clothed His children. Just like we do as parents today.  There is a reason why we need to clothe and cover ourselves.  Some other religions promote nakedness, and most in today’s culture want to be and walk naked. But that is not how we as YHWH children are to look.  We should make sure our bodies are covered properly.
16AllObservationSinThoughts and FeelingsGen 4:6Jealousy/pride/shame/.. What bad feelings are causing our “face to fall”?…    We need to master our feelings and thoughts.
17CainObservationCurseMurderGen 4:11Committing murder, and spoiling blood on the ground – become a fugitive
18AllObservationWorshipWorshipping YHWHGen 4:26After Adam and Eve had children again, they obviously taught them about the past, and people learned about YHWH.  Not like Adam and Eve who took it for granted when they walked with YHWH.  Learning about YHWH the Creator and Father, the love drives you to want to worship Him.
19AllLawsFoodClean and UncleanGen 7:2, Gen 8:20Noah only offered clean animals – and it smelled so soothing to YHWH that He made a promise (even before the rainbow) to never curse the ground again because of man – even though man’s heart is evil from youth.
In Genesis 6 YHWH says He will establish a covenant with Noah because he walked with YHWH and was righteous.  Obviously YHWH taugh Noah and even his forefathers (Enoch, etc) more commands, especially about what is clean and unclean.
20AllLawsFoodBloodGen 9:4Blood has life and resembles life – only YHWH can require it
21AllProphecyTribes & TonguesScattered people and languagesGen 11:8YHWH scattered the people from Babel who were of one language, with one purpose to serve themselves.  In Zephaniah 3:9 it is prophesied that YHWH will give His people a pure chosen language to call on His Name with one accord.
22AllLawsTithe10th of SpoilsGen 14:17-24Tithing is mentioned as if it was a normal thing and understood.   The people knew about tithing long before Moses’ laws.  It is a matter of the heart that wants to give.
23AllLawsTorahGuard / ProtectGen 17:9, Gen 18:19Guard (H8104 samar), this word was also used for Adam to “Keep” the garden of Eden.  The Cherubim was appointed to “Keep/Guard” the tree of life.  Guard/Keep/Observe the Promises and Ways of YHWH.
24MenLawsCircumcisionEvery male circumcisedGen 17:10-14Covenant of the flesh makes it everlasting.  Even for foreigners – all who want to be part of Abrahams’ inheritance and future. “So shall My covenant be in your flesh, for an everlasting covenant.” , “an uncircumcised male child, who is not circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin, his life shall be cut off from his people – he has broken My covenant.”
25AllLawsParents and ChildrenTeach children about YHWHGen 18:19Teach (H6680 sava),  to appoint/give a command/order/give charge to.  So not just to instruct your children, but appoint and give charge to about His Promises, Instructions and Laws.  This same word, Sava is used in for the very 1st command YHWH gave to Adam – He SAVA/commanded the man, of every tree they may eat except..
26AllObservationRighteousnessBe RighteousGen 18:19Do the right thing, rule right.  The word Righteous is the same word for Justice & Truth.
27IshmaelProphecyMuslim NationIshmael will increase greatlyGen 21:18YHWH meets Hagar in the desert, comforts and motivates her with a promise – that Ishmael will be a great nation too. Ishmaels’ generation represents the flesh (from the decision Sarah made) versus Isaac that represents the spirit (YHWH’s intervention)
28AllObservationTestsTrials and TemptationsGen 22:1We all have to go through trial & tests, be put to the test.  Interestingly Yeshua’s prayer of lead us not into temptation – is a way of saying, do not give us over to our temptations.. But deliver us from evil.  Evil is another word for not fulfilling your purpose. For that we have to be tested.
29JacobProphecyBrothersTwo NationsGen 25:23Even though Jacob tricked his dad Isaac, it was promised by YHWH that Jacob would take the leadership role in the end.
30AllObservationTitheThankfulGen 28:20-22Jacob commits to giving a tenth to YHWH – how or where does he give? Because this is way before there was a Temple or Levites.  So many times we find ourselves in this position – we WANT to give.  Later when YHWH gives the Torah to Israel, He gives 3 ways that you can give your tithe.  You can use your tithe for the Festival when going on the pilgrimage, you can give it to the poor, and you make sure the Levites are taken care of – so giving to the Levites – who are poor by default, as they are instructed to belong to YHWH and they have nothing, their lives are dedicated to the Temple.  Today we do not have the poor Levites or the Temple.  But many of our brothers and sisters are poor and in need today.  There are many places in Scripture where YHWH does command to take care of your neighbors, widows and orphans.  Those who are needy are the heart of YHWH.  Yeshua even says, if you take care of the stranger, you are entertaining angels and actually taking care of Yeshua himself!
31MenObservationRelationshipsHusband to love their wifesGen 29:31YHWH sees those who are unloved and rejected.
32AllObservationMarriageMultiple wifesGen 30:1Rachael and Leah envied each other and wrestled in this one marriage.  Abrahams’ wife Sarah and her maid also struggled, even though the maid wasn’t legally married.  Later in Scripture, we will see YHWH giving instructions that a man is not to marry two sisters at the same time
33AllObservationFoodSinew / Tendon of animalGen 32:33Avoid eating the sinew/tendon parts of animal. Scriptures says here that Israel adopted this as a rule.
34AllLawsCleansingBe clean before YHWHGen 35:2; Exo 19:10Cleanse yourself when approaching YHWH or His place of worship
35AllObservationDreamsYHWH CommunicatesGen 37:5Even before Joseph,  there have already been 3 times where YHWH talked to someone in dreams – Abimelech for Sarah, Jacob about the rams, Laban about Jacob.  This is obviously a great way for YHWH to communicate with us. But considering the story of Joseph, one should be careful to tell the dreams to everyone. Consider Deut 13 about “dreamer of dreams”… if your dreams could lead people away from YHWH!
36AllObservationDreamsInterpretation and WitnessGen 41:16,32Joseph admits that only YHWH can give the meaning of dreams. Dreaming a dream twice symbolises a Witness – so it proves that it is true as well.
37AllProphecyTribes & TonguesNationsGen 49Each tribe is described according to the sons’ character, but also what YHWH have laid out for each so they can work together, to protect each other.
38AllObservationNamesTribe/sons namesExodus 1:1Shemot – our names are important and have meaning.
39AllLawsAbout YHWHYHWH’s NameExo 3:15, 20:2YHWH gives 3 things to identify Him forever : 1) I AM  2) YHWH Elohim 3) Ancestor Covenant
40AllLawsCircumcisionCovenant of bloodExo 4:25-26This episode highlights Moses’s failure in covenant duty, Zipporah’s decisive action to save him, and the importance of circumcision for covenant participation, averting judgment and resolves Moses’s status, making him fit to represent YHWH, demonstrating that personal holiness precedes national leadership
41DevilProphecyCurseSnake / DragonExo 7:9In Genesis 3 ha-satan appears as a snake, which can also be translated as a dragon.  Here we see the snakes of Pharaoh been swallowed up as a prophecy. And in Revelation 12:9 the dragon/old serpent and his followers been thrown out.
42AllProphecyCurseWater and BloodExo 7:17Water to blood.  Water is the purification and blood is retribution and judgment.  This sign/plague will be repeated in Revelation 16:3-4 where rivers turn to blood and Rev 8:8 a third part of the sea turned into blood.
43AllProphecyCurseClean and UncleanExo 8:2Frogs represent unclean spirits as per Rev 16:13
44AllProphecyCurseDeathExo 8:16Dust to gnats represents dust from where men came from, and gnats are death in the air.  So this rather refers back to creation and sin that brings death.
45AllProphecyCurseSicknessExo 8:21Flies represent annoyance and distraction, and with it brings ailments.  That is what ha-satan uses, anything that causes distraction and deceivement.

48AllProphecyCurseHail and ThunderExo 9:14Hail, thunder and fire all represents sudden punishment that cannot be withheld any longer.  Rev 16:21
49AllProphecyCurseLocustsExo 10:4Locusts are scary little beasts, especially in Rev 9:7. They represent destruction, clearing everything in their path.  Coming from the east (representing ancient ways) wind in Exodus, demonstrating YHWHs’ power and judgement.
50AllProphecyCurseDarknessExo 10:21Thick darkness, complete sepearation from YHWH (Light).  This also points to the prophecy of Yeshua being in the belly of the earth for 3 days, and there were also 3 hours of darkness when Yeshua was on the cross (Matt 27:45).  Rev 8:12 also mentions a third of the sun, moon and stars struck, and no light for a third of the day and third of the night.
51AllProphecyFirst bornFirst belongs to YHWHExo 11The 1st born represents a physical/spiritual breakthrough, leadership, inheritance and special privilege.  From the beginning to the end, we have representation on the importance of the firstborn.  This prophecies to Yeshua.  Rev 1:17 & 22:13 “I am the ‘Aleph’ and the ‘Taw’, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”
52AllLawsYHWH Moedim : Festival / DaysPassover : Watching the barley and wheat when ripe, getting ready for Spring harvestsExo 9:31; 12:2Marking new beginnings, the start of a year.  When the wheat/barley is in Aviv (green in the ear). New Month also translated as New Moon.   So with the new moon in the month when the barley is green and close for harvest time.  The barley ripens on the length of the days & temperature.  YHWHs’ calendar is thus based on sun and moon together.  The barley ripens around Spring Equinox time in the northern hemisphere.  Spring Equinox + Earth/Barley Aviv + Moon = 3 witnesses.  Gen 1:14 “let the lights in the sky mark religious festivals (moedim), days and years”
