1 Chronicles 29:2 “Now I have prepared with all my might for the house of my Elohim the gold for things to be made of gold, and the silver for things of silver, and the brass for things of brass, the iron for things of iron, and wood for things of wood; onyx stones, and stones to be set, glistering stones, and of divers colours, and all manner of precious stones, and marble stones in abundance.”

Gold, Silver, Brass, Iron, Wood, Onyx, Stones, Glisterings and Precious, Marble… in Abudance. The hebrew word for abundance is Rob H7230 – rōḇ, meaning multitude, greatness, excellence.  The same word for how YHWH’s children from Abraham, as a multitude like the stars.  YHWH has abundance in Life and Riches.  His Riches is for His Glory, and like David says in 1 Chronicles 29, especially verse 11 “Greatness, power, splendor, glory and majesty are yours YHWH, because everything in heaven and on earth is yours! The kingdom, riches and honor, power and strength!”  

As human mortals we often look at gold and wealth in a complete different way.  We see it as something to give our lives, physical pleasure on earth, because we know wealth doesn’t mean anything for our spirit!  For our souls we might get prideful and boastful, but for our spirit, it means nothing.  All the glory of gold and precious stones and marbles, in the physical and spiritual life, is for the Glory of YHWH – it all belongs to Him.
