Numbers 22-23

The Shout of YHWH

and the shout of a Sovereign King is among them
Number 23:21

Num 23:21 “He has not looked upon wickedness in Yacob, nor has He seen trouble in Yisrael. YHWH his Elohim is with him, and the shout of a Sovereign King is among them.

The Hebrew word for shout is TERUA H8643 – tᵊrûʿâ, meaning a Signal, a Shout, an Alarm for war / Battle cry, Shout for Joy. Even though the Israelites certainly DO have wickedness – YHWH does not look at it.

He made a promise, a wedding vow, a commitment to Abraham, Jacob and Isaac. To the Israelites at Mount Sinia. He is their King ready to Shout. One of the seven Appointent times, Set Apart Days that YHWH has given is what is mostly known as Day of Trumpets – the day the Kings’ Arrival/Return will be announced! In Hebrew day is yom, and the trumpets making a big noise / shout of the trumpets is TERUAH.

Yom Teruah -> Day of Trumpets.
